Wellness consults $199 new patients to the wellness program includes a lab analysis (2 step appointment)
Labs are $250 for a full panel with hormones + weightloss
Labs are $150 for weight loss only required to start our weightloss program
Labs typically take a week for results to come back to provider
Monthly Follow Up/Medicaiton refills $99.
